Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Utica, NY. This role focuses on qualifying inbound sales leads, supporting dealer accounts, distributing product information and samples, and assisting customers with modular sports flooring solutions.

Key Details:

  • No cold calling — emphasis on lead follow-up and customer service

  • Company-paid travel to customer sites for product training and installation support

  • Compensation starting at $41,600/year, with quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities

  • Excellent benefits package: 401(k) with match, health insurance, paid time off

  • Full-time (in person)

Sports Flooring Installation Technician

We are hiring a Sports Flooring Installation Technician to travel nationwide and install our modular sports surfaces. This role includes directing and supervising installations for basketball courts, volleyball courts, inline hockey rinks, and other athletic flooring projects.

Key Details:

  • Hands-on installation of modular tile flooring indoors and outdoors

  • In-house game line painting and custom logo application

  • Inventory oversight and coordination of shipments

  • Travel up to 50% (all expenses paid)

  • Compensation starting at $41,600/year with full benefits: 401(k) with match, health insurance, paid time off

  • Full-time (in person)
